This Limited Warranty is for Cardi Health physical products ("Products") purchased by you, our customers.
What does this Limited Warranty cover?
This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use for a period of 12 months (“Warranty Period”) after your date of purchase.
What will Cardi Health do to correct the problems?
If the Product is shown to be defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance, Cardi Health will replace the Product.
The replaced Product assumes the remaining warranty of the original Product.
What does the Limited Warranty not cover?
This Limited Warranty does not cover the following:

Any problem that is caused by conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship, such as improper use of the Product

Damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, liquid contact, fire, earthquake, or other external cause

Shipping charges

Cosmetic damage, such as scratches and dents
This Limited Warranty is given in lieu of all other express warranties. Implied warranties, including without limitation, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are given only if specifically required by applicable law. Otherwise, they are specifically excluded. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
Incidental or consequential damages are also specifically excluded. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
No warranty is made that the software will meet your requirements or will work in combination with any hardware or applications software products provided by third parties or that any/all defects in the software products will be corrected.
How can a customer exercise their warranty?
To obtain warranty service, please write to us at hello@cardi.health with the following:
- Your name and email used to make your Product purchase
- A short statement of your Product issue
- A video of the Product issue
- Your date of purchase
- Your order number or other proof of purchase (e.g., PayPal receipt, bank statement, etc.)
Our customer support team will review your message and determine the next best steps, such as confirming proof of purchase, processing a replacement, or providing other information to best help you with your Product issue. It may take up to 20 business days for us to send your replacement.
