An electrocardiogram (ECG or EKG) is a test that records the timing and strength of the electrical pulses that make your heart beat. By looking at an ECG, a doctor can gain insights into your heart rhythm and look for irregularities.
The ECH represents the electrical signals that make your heartbeat. The Cardi Health monitor checks these pulses to get your heart rate and see if your heart's upper and lower chambers are in rhythm. If they’re out of rhythm, this could be atrial fibrillation or another condition.
After a successful reading, you will receive your result. Regardless of the result, you should consult your doctor if you’re not feeling well or experiencing any symptoms.
