If you get an error message trying to generate the meal plan, it could be that your data in the app is inaccurate. For example, you entered extra zeroes to your height or weight.
To fix the problem, please follow the steps below.
- Open the Cardi Health App.
- Go to the More section.
- Tap Profile settings.
- Check your height, current, and target weight.
- Update the information and click Submit.
- After that, try to generate the meal plan again.
